Stacor offers a range of high performance, high quality, extreme pressure (EP), industrial gear oils.

The Brutus Industrial Gear Oils are blended using only quality virgin paraffinic base oils, containing sulphur-phosphorous, anti-rust, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives to meet the requirements of most industrial gear oils.

The Brutus Industrial Gear Oils offer a range of customer benefits such as minimised oil oxidation, protective film in areas of metal-to-metal contact thus providing EP protection and ant-wear performance, high resistance to emulsion formation.

Our High Performance range is blended using only quality virgin paraffinic base oils, incorporating anti-oxidants, anti-wear, extreme pressure and anti-foam additives, corrosion inhibitors and a pour point depressant.

High Viscosity Index

Our High Viscosity Index range are high performance anti-wear hydraulic oils, blended using high quality Group II Mineral Base Oils and additives, to a very high viscosity index, for use in hydraulic systems operating at low and widely varying temperatures.

STA Supreme Air

Stacor Air Compressor Range is a premium quality lubricant specifically designed to provide long and highly reliable service life in industrial air compressor applications. Blended from high purity base oils, these crystal clear fluids are free of impurities that can hinder lubricant performance. These thermally stable fluids are fortified with specially selected additives to provide strong protection against oxidative breakdown, wear and corrosion.

Slideway Oils

High Performance Multifunctional Oil For Machine Tools

Stacor offers a range of Slideway Oils, which are specially formulated, multi-functional oils containing selected friction controlling additives in addition to extreme pressure, anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, anti-foam and tackiness additives.

Our Slideway Oils combine chemical stability with fluidity, film strength, corrosion protection and anti-friction properties needed in slideway lubricants, and in addition they have the excellent anti-wear, filtration and air release properties required in modern hydraulic oils.

Heat Transfer Fluids

STA 22, 32, 100

Stacor Heat Transfer Fluids are formulated using carefully selected highly refined base oils chosen for their ability to provide superior performance in indirect closed fluid heat transfer systems.

Due to the highly refined base oils selected, the rate of oil cracking and oxidation are very small, giving the product long oil life.

It is designed for enclosed circulated heat transfer systems for industrial applications such as process industry, chemical plants, textile producers etc. and in household equipment such as oil filled heaters. The oil can be used in high temperature continuous heat transfer equipment up to a maximum temperature of 340°C.
